All products sold by Exovant are intended for laboratory research purposes only.

Due to the sensitive nature of these products:

  • All sales are considered final

  • Returns are only accepted under specific conditions (see below)


3. Eligible Returns

We only accept returns if:

  • The item received is incorrect, or

  • The item is damaged upon arrival

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must remain unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • You must provide clear evidence (e.g. photos)


4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect use or handling

  • Opened or used products

  • Products stored incorrectly after delivery

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • International customs issues or seizures


5. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • A refund or replacement will be issued at our discretion

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing times may take 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.


6. Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in your claim being declined.


7. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing from Exovant, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

We reserve the right to:

  • Provide evidence of delivery and compliance

  • Dispute chargebacks where policy terms have been met


8. Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched:

  • Responsibility transfers to the customer

  • We are not liable for courier delays, lost packages, or customs issues
