1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next working day.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Once an order has been dispatched, it is in the possession of the courier.

However, we will assist in opening investigations with the courier where applicable.
Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Delays caused by customs authorities
If a shipment is seized or refused by customs, no refund will be issued.
8. Risk of Loss
All orders are shipped on a delivery duty transfer basis.
Risk transfers to the customer once the order has been dispatched.
