1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next working day.

Please note:

  • Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods

  • Orders are subject to verification and approval before dispatch


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer tracked shipping services within the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • International Delivery: 5–10 business days (varies by location)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Shipping method selected

  • Order size and weight

Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed before completing your order.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure availability for delivery.


5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failure to collect or accept delivery

We reserve the right to:

  • Charge a re-shipping fee

  • Deduct original shipping costs from any refund


6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Once an order has been dispatched, it is in the possession of the courier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Courier delays

  • Lost shipments due to carrier issues

  • Customs delays for international orders

However, we will assist in opening investigations with the courier where applicable.

Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


7. International Shipping & Customs

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are legal to import in their country.

Exovant is not responsible for:

  • Customs seizures

  • Import duties or taxes

  • Delays caused by customs authorities

If a shipment is seized or refused by customs, no refund will be issued.


8. Risk of Loss

All orders are shipped on a delivery duty transfer basis.

Risk transfers to the customer once the order has been dispatched.


9. Research Use Only

All products are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes.

Shipping and handling of these products must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the destination country.
