Description
Tesamorelin, also known as TH9507, is a synthetic 44-amino-acid analogue of human growth-hormone-releasing hormone. An N-terminal trans-3-hexenoyl modification distinguishes it from native GHRH and improves resistance to N-terminal enzymatic cleavage.
Laboratory work examines GHRH-receptor binding, Gs/cAMP signalling and downstream GH-axis pathways. Salt and counter-ion forms can change the reported formula and mass, so the free-peptide identifiers below must be reconciled with the batch certificate.
