1. Business status and current site
Auren Labs is currently a UK-based business in a pre-incorporation, pre-launch phase. It is not currently “Auren Labs Ltd”. The legal operator name, geographical address and any registration details will be displayed before live orders are accepted.
The current storefront is a design prototype. Adding products to the basket does not place an order, reserve stock or create a contract, and live checkout is not yet enabled.
2. Eligibility and research-only use
You must be at least 18 years old and appropriately qualified or authorised to acquire and handle the materials offered. Products are supplied solely for lawful in-vitro laboratory research and analytical use.
Products are not medicines, foods, supplements, cosmetics or veterinary products. They are not intended for human or animal administration or consumption, diagnosis, treatment, prevention or any household use. We do not provide medical or dosing advice.
3. Purchaser responsibility and prohibited use
You are responsible for checking that purchase, possession, handling, storage and intended research comply with the laws, licences, institutional rules and safety standards that apply to you. You must not resell for an unlawful purpose, misrepresent a product as approved for human or animal use, or use the site fraudulently.
We may refuse or cancel an order where eligibility cannot be established, information is incomplete, payment is unauthorised, supply would be unlawful or unsafe, or we reasonably suspect misuse or fraud.
4. Orders, acceptance and payment
When checkout becomes available, submitting an order will be an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement will not itself mean the order has been accepted. A contract will arise only when Auren sends an acceptance or dispatch confirmation, as stated in the checkout information.
Prices, taxes, delivery charges and available payment methods will be shown before payment. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before accepting an order and will give you the choice to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
5. Product information and batch records
We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Images, colours and packaging may vary slightly. Scientific references describe third-party research and do not amount to a supplier claim, product approval or promise of a research outcome.
Any purity, identity or analytical statement must relate to genuine supporting documentation for the relevant batch. Where a batch report is not yet published, the site will not present an unverified result as fact.
6. Delivery, cancellation and returns
Delivery arrangements are governed by our Shipping Policy. Consumer cancellation, return, refund and faulty-goods rights are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Website availability and intellectual property
We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the site. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Links to third-party sources are provided for information and do not mean we control or endorse their content.
Auren branding, original text, graphics and site design are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may view the site for lawful personal or internal business use, but may not copy, scrape, republish or commercially exploit it without permission.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to that, Auren is not responsible for loss caused by unlawful misuse, failure to follow supplied handling or storage information, events outside reasonable control, or business losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. Any business-customer limitations will be stated in the final live-sale terms.
9. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you retain any mandatory protections and may be entitled to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
We may revise these terms. The version applying to an accepted order will be the version made available when that order was placed. The latest website version will show its revision date.
