1. Current review status
Auren is currently pre-launch and has not collected verified customer reviews. Product pages therefore display an honest “No verified reviews yet” state rather than example, seeded or invented testimonials.
WooCommerce is configured to restrict reviews to verified purchasers. A review can be verified only after it is matched to a genuine completed Auren order.
2. How reviews are verified
A review may receive a Verified purchase label only when the reviewer's details can be matched to a completed Auren order containing the product reviewed. A displayed label does not mean Auren endorses the reviewer's opinion.
Customers will normally receive a secure review invitation after their order is completed. Auren may use reasonable technical and account checks to reduce duplicate, automated or fraudulent submissions.
3. Fair publication
Genuine positive and negative reviews will be treated equally. Auren will not suppress, delay or remove a review merely because it is critical, and ratings will not be selectively displayed to create a misleading impression.
Reviews should focus on the ordering experience, delivery, packaging, product presentation and customer support. They must not provide or promote dosing, administration, treatment or human-use claims.
4. Moderation and removal
Auren may reject or remove content that is spam, fraudulent, irrelevant, unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, copied, contains personal or confidential information, creates a security risk, or promotes prohibited use of research materials.
Where practical, a reviewer may be invited to edit a review that contains removable personal information or prohibited claims while preserving their genuine experience.
5. Incentives and conflicts
Auren will not offer an incentive that depends on leaving a positive review. If any incentive is offered for an honest review, the same opportunity must be available regardless of sentiment and the published review will be clearly labelled as incentivised.
Reviews from Auren staff, owners, suppliers or other connected parties must disclose that relationship and will not be presented as ordinary verified-customer feedback.
6. Reporting a review
To question the authenticity or content of a review, email info@aurenlabs.com with the product, review date and reason for concern. Auren will investigate and take proportionate action without removing genuine criticism simply because it is disputed.
